Can't Access My Old Twitter Account Due to Forgotten Username and Password

Hello, I created a Twitter account years ago linked to my primary email address, but I’ve since forgotten both the password and the username. Unfortunately, when I try to reset the password, the system asks for my username after entering my email, and without it, I can't proceed with the password reset. I've been trying to recover this account for a year without success.

I need assistance in regaining access to my account. If there is any way to recover the account without needing the username or if there's an alternative method for account verification, I would greatly appreciate the help. Please guide me on what steps I can take to resolve this and finally access my Twitter account again.
