Worldline Charged Me for a POS Address Change Without Fixing It

In our business experience, this has been the first and last agreement we will ever make with the company Worldline. We had already changed our business address ourselves by updating the header information on our device, but the receipts printed from the POS machine still showed the old address. So, we called Worldline customer service. They told us that a technician needed to come and change the address for a fee of ₺2000, which we paid. However, when the technician arrived, he did absolutely nothing because we had already updated the address on the POS device. He simply told us that the address appearing on the receipts could only be changed by our bank and then left. The customer representative didn’t provide this information beforehand just so they could charge us ₺2000. If we had been informed that only the bank could make this change, our issue would have been resolved immediately. This POS device will be the first and last time we ever deal with this company. To my fellow business owners opening new shops: take this as a warning. These people do not stand by their customers—there are many other companies that actually care about consumers. I strongly advise choosing another provider instead.
