Achievements Not Syncing in World of Thanks

In the game World of Thanks, the achievements I earned are not showing up on Play Games. I have unlocked 31 achievements, but none of their XP has registered on my profile. When I write to Google Play Games for help, they tell me to check my account, but the account linked to the game is the same as the one on Play Games. I have not installed any APKs. They suggest contacting the game developers, and I hope they see this and can assist me.
