Wolf Markets Staff Opened Trades That Lost My ₺70000 and Refused to Refund It

On November 4, 2024, I started trading with Wolf Market following the guidance of Mr. E***, and Ms. B*** was assigned as my representative. Since I had never traded on this platform before, I initially struggled. With Ms. B***’s support, I began trading, and not fully understanding the system, I continued funding my account and taking trades in the hope of recovering my money. Later, during a conversation with Mr. U*** Ç***, Ms. B***’s supervisor, I was convinced to fund my account one last time. He assured me that trades opened by the company’s staff would be risk-free and that I would be able to retrieve my initial funds. I was told that to refund my principal, 5 lots of simultaneous buy and sell positions in commodities, pairs, and indices needed to be opened risk-free. Desperate, I accepted and deposited ₺70,000. The company also credited my account with a $10,000 bonus. Two trades opened by the company staff were closed without any issues. However, on the third simultaneous buy and sell trade, opened one minute apart, I noticed that both positions were in loss, with the buy position losing $5,859 and the sell position losing $5,022. They gave explanations like spread difference and slippage, which were far from satisfactory. While I accept responsibility for the losses in my other trades, since these trades were opened by the company staff, I requested at least a refund of the ₺70,000 I deposited most recently. However, Mr. U*** stated that this was not possible and that it was not possible to refund nonexistent money. He said the best they could do was to assign bonus funds to my account, allowing me to withdraw profits from trades made with the bonus. Out of desperation, I accepted, but as you can imagine, it will take a long time to recover this money, and I am not even sure if I will be able to withdraw the profits. Unfortunately, I have completely lost trust. If possible, I request the refund of the ₺70,000 lost due to the trades made by the company staff, excluding the losses I incurred through my own trades. I am seeking your assistance on this matter.

Hello everyone, here’s the process related to the complaint I submitted in November 2024. I was contacted by someone named Mr. F*** from the customer support team at +44 7534 439562, who informed me that the review process was still ongoing due to ongoing negotiations with the price provider. Unfortunately, the process has not been resolved yet, which makes me think it’s a stalling tactic. Meanwhile, I started trading with Mr. E*** S***, who was newly assigned after Mr. U*** mentioned a $1,000 bonus that was later defined as $500. With his support, I made a profit of $405. However, I was then pushed to increase my balance to $1,000 and invest in oil trades, which I refused. I withdrew my money, only to find that the $500 bonus was reduced to $100. When I asked why, they claimed the bonus decreased by the withdrawal amount and admitted forgetting to inform me initially. This clearly shows the state of the company. I am reiterating my previous complaint: I am not requesting reimbursement for the money I lost due to my own trading mistakes. I only ask for the return of the ₺70,000 I deposited, minus the last withdrawn profit of ₺14,000, leaving a remaining balance of ₺56,000 to be paid back to me. This company is far from trustworthy. May the Almighty hold them accountable for every unjust penny they have taken.
