If WiserApp’s subscription is confusing or unclear and you want to cancel properly;
• Open the WiserApp app or website and check Account / Subscription / Billing sections to see the active plan and renewal status
• Contact WiserApp support via email or in-app/website support and state that the subscription terms were unclear and you want to cancel
• Provide your account email/username, subscription plan shown, last charge date/amount, and screenshots of the confusing billing page
Ask them to;
• Explain exactly which plan is active and how it was activated
• Cancel the subscription immediately and disable auto-renewal
• Confirm cancellation in writing and refund any charges caused by unclear billing
If the problem persists;
• Cancel the subscription directly via the App Store / Google Play / payment provider used
• Contact your bank or card issuer if charges continue
If none of the above solutions work,
• Keep screenshots of unclear pricing, cancellation attempts, payment records and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek cancellation clarity, refunds, and accountability
