Wise Business Account Deactivated Without Explanation - USD Balance Blocked

My Wise business account, registered in Canada, was suddenly deactivated on 8 December without any explanation being provided. Along with the deactivation, my USD balance of approximately $400–500 was blocked and I was not given any clear information about the reason. When I tried to understand what happened, I only saw a one‑click “appeal” option in my account and was not given any opportunity to provide an explanation or submit documents. I have not received any detailed email or message explaining why my business account was closed or what I need to do for a resolution, and my money is still being held by Wise. I kindly request that my blocked USD balance be refunded and transferred to my bank account as soon as possible, and that Wise provide clear information about why my account was deactivated and on what basis my funds have been retained.
