Wise Blocked My Account and Withheld My Money Without Reason

I used Wise to transfer money to an international developer for a software purchase. I initially funded my account and completed the payment. Later, I added more funds, but when the transaction was canceled, I attempted to withdraw my money. Instead of processing the refund, Wise started asking irrelevant questions like requesting my payroll statement and inquiring how I earned my money.
I provided the necessary information, yet they ignored my emails and responded with generic, unhelpful replies. Eventually, they suspended my account without any explanation, and now my money is stuck inside.
I demand that Wise immediately refund my money and reopen my account. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. Wise must respond properly and stop withholding customers’ funds without valid reasons.
