William Hill Restricted My Account and Provided No Help Through Customer Support

William Hill has long been a devoted client of mine, and I always like their platform; yet, the latest encounter I had was quite disappointing and irritating. Usually spending about 10 GBP a month, I fund my account with their deals here and there. I suddenly got a notification without explanation on why my account was being blocked. Worse, when I contacted customer support for explanation, I was greeted with silence—or rather, a bot that cut off the conversation without addressing anything. The customer service representatives gave no specifics and were useless. Besides that, their promotions have truly turned south. I have chosen to quit completely paying my account with William Hill since this type of disregard is unacceptable. Such a drop in what used to be a decent platform is depressing.
