William Hill Made Withdrawing My Balance Impossible Despite Providing Documents

William Hill registered me, made a few little bets (£2 apiece on football games), and then sent an email informing me my account had been closed owing to a "trading decision." Alright, I reasoned; I will merely ask for my remaining balance back-off. Although you would have expected this process to be straightforward, William Hill asked for comprehensive records, which I quickly delivered. They verified receipt and approved everything, but two weeks later I still had not received my money. Following up, they asked for more records; I supplied them and they approved once more. Another email requesting for the identical records I had already supplied showed up days later. Although their approach to depositing is ridiculous, getting your money back seems unattainable. The policies of this company really raise questions.
