William Hill Refused to Pay My Winnings and Froze My Account
William Hill let me play and I won; but, they refused to pay me back-off. Despite my deposits coming from a rather different account, they said the withdrawal could only be routed to an old account I terminated over a year ago. Although I proved the former account no longer exists, their customer support was rude and unproductive. They would even leave me in the dark by not sharing the identity of the individual managing my case. I tried to withdraw to the account they insisted on, and naturally the transaction bounced back since the account does not exist. My account is frozen now, and their system has my winnings frozen as well. This is unacceptable; steer clear of William Hill everywhere!
