I bought a bike from your store and paid £19.99 for standard delivery, said it would be here in 3–7 days. it hasn't been seen in over a week! placed the order a long time before the due date for my upcoming bike weekend, was counting on that bike to get me around, but nothing in sight…they charged extra for standard delivery so they could get it faster, but that didn't happen, it says "3–7 days" on your website, but that doesn't really sound like a promise.
