Rude Treatment and False Statements by Sürat Kargo
I keep getting messages saying my package is on its way, but then it never actually arrives. Even though I collected my parcel today, the system still claims it's "out for delivery." Choosing the door-to-door payment method, I encountered unwarranted scrutiny during the transaction - an experience I would have avoided if I had known it was this company. The cashier's attitude was unpleasant, and to make matters worse, my package arrived in a damaged condition. The package held delicate objects that were at risk of spilling if further harm occurred. Even when picking up my own package, I had to endure a 20-minute wait. I must say, this whole experience has been quite disappointing.
