Wrongful WhatsApp Ban on Samsung A23 for Alleged Spam

October 7, 2025 3:41 PM144

On October 7, 2025, around 10:00 AM, my WhatsApp account on my Samsung A23 device (linked to [531 *******13]) was suddenly disabled with a message saying, “This account can no longer use WhatsApp due to spam.” I am absolutely certain that I have not engaged in any spam or violation of WhatsApp’s policies, and I strongly reject this accusation. I use WhatsApp strictly for personal communication and always make sure to follow the rules.

On that same day, I had a brief chat with a page about a home packaging job. During that conversation, I expressed mild frustration to the other party — without using offensive language — simply to explain my side. Shortly after that exchange, my account was disabled for “spam.”

After the suspension, I submitted review requests both via email and through the app, but I have not received any positive response. My account remains locked, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists.

I believe my account was suspended by mistake. I urgently request that my account be reactivated and that this unfair situation be resolved as soon as possible.
