WhatsApp Ignores My Complaint About Threats and Private Data Exposure
Since the beginning of January 2025, an unknown person has been threatening me and my wife by claiming they will send our private data to our family members and publish it online. The messages we receive contain personal details, suggesting that our information has been compromised. Despite blocking the number, the threats continue from different accounts, making the situation even more alarming. After my official complaint, local police authorities stated that WhatsApp is not interested in such cases and offers no support to them. This lack of cooperation makes it even more difficult to protect our privacy and take necessary action. I have submitted a complaint form through the app with ticket number 588987793910951 and am still waiting for a response.
