Thailand's country code is +66, but links in random WhatsApp messages from outside of Thailand are often linked to scams or malware.

If you want to be safe, don't click on the link. It could take you to a scam site or download something harmful to your device.

Delete the message right away and use WhatsApp's chat tools to block the sender. You can also report the number so that WhatsApp's security team can look into it and close any accounts that seem fishy.

If you clicked on the link by mistake, don't enter any information and use a reliable antivirus app to scan your phone for viruses. Also, you should keep your operating system and apps up to date to fix known security holes.

To be safer, make sure that two-step verification is turned on in your WhatsApp settings and that you regularly check the devices that are linked to your account. That way, even if scammers try to take over your account, the extra security will stop them.
