WhatsApp Business Account Hacked and Used to Contact My Customers

I have a serious security problem with my WhatsApp Business account and I am not getting any proper help through the normal channels. My Business WhatsApp, registered to the phone number +5977135***, has been hacked. The hacker is using the number +62 85862246*** and since February my account has been out of my control and this situation is still ongoing. After the hacking, I was logged out of my Business WhatsApp and could no longer access my account. The hacker has taken over my profile, contacted my customers and used my business identity without my permission. I am not sure whether they have asked my customers for money, but they have full access to my business contacts and chats and this is extremely damaging and dangerous for my business reputation. I receive everything through WhatsApp, which makes this situation even more critical, because all my work communication and customer relations depend on this number. I have tried to deal with the problem through WhatsApp, but I have not received any helpful message or clear solution so far, and the account is still controlled by the hacker. I request that my Business WhatsApp account on the number be immediately secured and returned to me, that the hacker’s number be blocked, and that any unauthorized access and use of my business identity be stopped. If necessary, I also request that the hacked account be temporarily blocked or reset in order to protect my customers, my data and my business reputation.
