WhatsApp Accounts Permanently Banned - Unban Help Request Complaint

My name is Bhavana, and both of my WhatsApp accounts were permanently banned due to what appears to be a spam issue. I genuinely don’t know what triggered this, and losing access has put me in a very stressful situation because both accounts contain important official information. I contacted WhatsApp support hoping for clarity, but the person I reached told me I needed to pay 2,000 rs to get my accounts unbanned, which left me feeling uneasy about the whole process. I just want proper guidance from WhatsApp on how to restore my accounts, because right now I feel stuck and worried about all the data I can no longer access.
