I Can’t Access WhatsApp on My Redmi Note 9 Pro Despite Using Official App

August 31, 2025 8:40 PM83

I use the official WhatsApp application on my Redmi Note 9 Pro, but about 20 minutes ago, I suddenly began receiving a warning message saying: “Use the official WhatsApp.” Since then, I have been unable to log into the app at all.

I did not make any changes to my device—no updates, resets, or modifications. This issue appeared during normal use without any action on my part. To try to fix it, I deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone, but the problem continues. My phone number ends with 5816, and this has left me completely locked out of WhatsApp.

I have not yet contacted WhatsApp support, but this situation is unacceptable. I rely on WhatsApp for communication, and being unable to access it suddenly without explanation is extremely frustrating.

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately so I can regain access to the app. Users should not be blocked when they are already using the official version of WhatsApp.
