Currency Woes at Elazıg Western Union

The Western Union location in Elazıg Center is causing a lot of trouble for its customers because it can only send money in Turkish lira. This is true no matter what unit of currency is being used, whether dollars, euros, or something else. Since I live in a different country and am about to go on a trip, I'm trying to figure out what to do with the Turkish lira. This situation raises a lot of concerns, and the Elazıg branch of Western Union needs to do something about it right away. This behavior not only makes them look bad but also falls short of what Western Union expects of them.
