WePlay Permanent Device Ban After Chat Report – Unfair Punishment

While playing the game on the Weplay app, I was subjected to severe and obscene profanity from other players. In response, I replied with language that was far milder—arguably less than a third as offensive as what they had used. Despite this, action was taken against me on the grounds of "severe profanity directed at family values." I was playing under the username "/ALݹ⁹⁰³/" and discovered after midnight on July 31, 2026, that a permanent account and device ban had been imposed on me. I find it unjust to be punished this way simply for retaliating, especially when no action was taken against other players who used severe profanity and offensive, racist usernames such as "negro rice" and "negro-bouncer." I request a review of the ban decision—which implies I engaged in racism and severe profanity regarding family values—and ask that my message history and the correspondence of all players in the relevant room be evaluated together. I also request the immediate lifting of the permanent account and device ban.
