WePlay Player Using Abusive Chat

I am writing regarding user ID 91294*** on Weplay. This user has repeatedly used extremely abusive and vulgar language towards me in the in‑game chat, including very offensive messages targeting my family. I find this behaviour deeply disrespectful and disturbing. I have also taken a screenshot that clearly shows the insulting messages sent by this account. This type of toxic and abusive communication ruins the gaming experience and makes the platform unsafe and uncomfortable for other users. I request that you urgently review the chat history and my screenshot evidence for this ID and take strict action in accordance with your rules. My clear expectation is that this account is permanently banned so that similar harassment does not happen again, either to me or to other players.
