My WePlay ₺10,000 CIP Deposit is Missing
I am absolutely furious with WePlay! Today, I made a deposit, and ₺10,000 was debited from my CIP account, but it never appeared in my WePlay balance! While my other deposits went through without a hitch, this crucial ₺10,000, plus another ₺50,000, are completely missing from my account. This is unacceptable.
I urgently need you to help me with these missing coins. The ₺509.99 that was deducted from my account for this deposit must either be credited to my WePlay balance immediately or deposited as CIP into my WePlay account.
I am a victim of this error, and I demand that my missing funds be returned or credited without further delay. This is causing significant distress, and I expect a prompt resolution.
