WePlay Account Banned After Deletion - Unable To Reuse Mobile Number

I was previously using a WePlay account registered with the mobile number 8271647*** in India. A few months ago, I deleted that account because I wanted to use this same number on a different account later. At the time of deletion, there was no notification or warning that my account was banned, and I had not violated any rules or policies to my knowledge. After about three to four months, I tried to create a new WePlay account using the same number, but the new ID does not open and I have discovered that the previous account is also banned. I do not understand why this ban was applied, as I did nothing wrong and simply deleted my old account with the intention of reusing the number. I have tried to reach out to WePlay for support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that you review this situation, explain clearly why my number and account were banned, and either unban my previous account or allow me to create and use a new account.
