I Face Unfair Bot Matches in WePlay UNO and Demand Refund for All My Spending

While playing WePlay UNO, especially in solo or paired matches, I have repeatedly encountered what I believe are bots instead of real players. I can clearly tell because they make unnatural moves — for example, they draw a +4 card but do not play it, draw a +2 card and still do nothing, or take a wild card but never change the color. There is no chat, no interaction, and no sign of actual gameplay behavior from a real person.

This has happened countless times, making the game unfair and frustrating. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game over time, and I now feel deceived. I fully intend to take legal action, prove the presence of bots, and demand a full refund plus compensation for all the money I have spent.

WePlay must immediately investigate these bot matches, restore fairness to the game, and arrange for my refund. I expect a prompt and transparent resolution without further delay.
