Wego Ignored My Refund Request for a Canceled Flight

On March 28, 2025, I traveled to the airport for my Riyadh–Trabzon flight, which I had purchased through Wego. Upon arrival, I was informed that the flight had been canceled due to security concerns. Despite the cancellation being initiated for security reasons and not due to any action on my part, the amount I paid for the ticket has still not been refunded.
My reservation number is WFS15FNEJ7N26, and the total amount charged for the ticket was $178. Following the cancellation, I attempted to contact Wego regarding the refund process. However, I have not received any response, explanation, or meaningful assistance regarding my case.
Since I was unable to use the ticket because the flight itself was canceled, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The prolonged delay and lack of communication have caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
I am requesting the immediate refund of the full $178 ticket price without any deductions. I also ask that Wego provide a written explanation regarding the status of my refund request and confirm when the reimbursement will be processed and credited back to my original payment method.
