Wego Has Not Refunded My Canceled Flight After Two Months

On March 21, 2026, I purchased an airline ticket through Wego under reservation number WFS15FNHEJE26 for a total amount of 3,500 SAR. The flight was subsequently canceled; however, the amount I paid has not been refunded to me.
I have been waiting for approximately two months for the refund process to be completed. Both within the application and in the communications I have received, I continue to see statements indicating that the refund process is still ongoing. Despite these assurances, there has been no actual progress and no refund has been credited to my account.
I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue and have also contacted customer service by phone several times. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts to obtain information and resolve the matter, I have still not received my refund.
I am requesting the immediate return of the full 3,500 SAR paid for my canceled flight. I expect the refund to be processed without any deductions and transferred to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request written confirmation regarding the status of my refund and the expected completion date of the reimbursement process.
