Watsons Store Refused Return And Threatened Future Orders

I placed an online order from Watsons and chose the option to pick up my products from the store. On 22.05.2026 I received my order from the Siirt branch. The products in my order were a make‑up brush, a skin care gel and an eye serum, all unopened and in their original packaging, with no defects or problems. On 26.05.2026 I went to the same Siirt branch to return these products. However, my return request was rejected by the store manager, Ms. M***, who stated that she was refusing the return simply because “she felt like it”. When I asked another staff member to check whether there was any issue with the products that would prevent a return, the manager intervened and said that she was the store manager and that no employee was allowed to assist me unless she permitted it. No other clear or reasonable justification was provided, despite the fact that the products were unused, unopened and recently purchased. As I was leaving the store, the manager told me that I would no longer be able to shop from this branch and that if I placed an online order, she would cancel it as soon as she saw my name. After this incident, I called Watsons customer service and reported the situation. I was informed that the issue would be looked into, but I have still not received any feedback or solution. I request that the return of my make‑up brush, skin care gel and eye serum, which I purchased online and picked up from the Siirt branch on 22.05.2026, be accepted and that the full amount I paid be refunded. In addition, I request that the behaviour and attitude of the store manager, Ms. M***, be investigated, and that I be informed in writing or by phone about the result of this complaint.
