Watsons Advertised In-Store Pickup, but No Item Was Available After Waiting Days
We placed an order through their online store on September 18, 2023, and chose the "in-store pickup" option, with the promise that it would be ready in 1 hour. But it's been a day, and the order is still not ready. They do have an online customer service representative, but kudos to anyone who is able to contact them. There is no information available when you call. Finally, I was able to contact an online customer service representative, who informed me that the Kizilay store does not offer in-store pickup. They abruptly terminated the call, and I have yet to reach another customer representative. My question is, why did you approve the order if the Kizilay store does not offer in-store pickup? Why did you take my money? Why can't I reach anyone or get any information about this problem? As the promised service remains elusive, the frustration grows.
