War Robots Payment Issue – Canceled Payments and Denied Refund Request

I’m experiencing ongoing payment issues in War Robots, despite having sufficient funds on my card. Every attempt to make a purchase is canceled, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, my younger sibling made several purchases without my consent, and although I requested a refund, I haven’t received any response or reimbursement.
