Waplog Account Blocked Without Reason – Rule 5 Violation Appeal

My Waplog account with the email address saudaraphon****@gmail.com was suddenly blocked this afternoon with the explanation that I violated rule number 5. After the block, I was no longer able to reply to messages, and I received a notification that my account was blocked for violating rule 5, even though I never felt that I had committed any actions that fell under that rule. I even suspect there may have been a false report made against my account. I have already contacted Waplog support regarding this issue, but so far, I have not received any response. I feel disadvantaged because I am blocked without a clear explanation of what violation I allegedly committed. I kindly request that my Waplog account associated with the email address saudaraphone***@gmail.com be thoroughly reviewed and restored, as I believe this block was made in error. If there is indeed a specific issue, I also request a clear explanation so that I can understand and avoid it in the future.
