Waplog Blocked My Profile Without Explanation and Ignored My In-App Support Email
My Waplog account with the username “Anemaniacs” has been blocked without justification. I have always adhered to the rules and guidelines of the platform, behaved respectfully and honestly in my interactions, and I am not aware of any valid reason for this ban. After the blockade I contacted Waplog via the e‑mail option within the app and have patiently waited the official response period of five days, but I have not received any answer or explanation at all. I find it very frustrating that my account is blocked while I do not receive any information about the reason or the duration. I request that my account be manually reviewed by an employee as soon as possible and that the blockade be lifted immediately so that I can use my profile again under the same conditions as before. I also request a clear explanation of the reason for the previous ban so that any misunderstanding can be resolved.
