Complaint Of Banned Waplog Account
I have been using Waplog with the username “Chiamaka241***” registered with the email address “smuchi21***@gmail.com.” Today my account was suddenly banned, and since then I have not been able to use my account properly. While I am still technically logged in, the app shows that I violated “Section 5” and I have lost access to my account functions, including the ability to message my friends, even though I do not know what I supposedly did wrong. I attempted to get support by messaging the bot within the app, but I did not receive any response and there is currently no clear explanation given to me about the reason for this ban or which specific rule I allegedly violated. This has left me unfairly restricted from my own account without any warning or clarification. I request that my Waplog account be fully reinstated and that my access to all features, including messaging, be restored as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of the alleged Section 5 violation, so that I can understand what has happened and avoid any similar issue in the future.
