My Waplog account with the username Ernii and the email address Realakun***@gmail.com was banned on April 9 for allegedly violating rule number 5. Since this restriction, I am no longer able to send or receive messages with my friends in the app, even though I can still log in to my account.
I do not believe that I have violated rule number 5, and I have not been given a clear explanation of what specific action was considered a violation. This lack of transparency has made the situation very frustrating.
I have already sent a report to [email protected], but I have not received any response so far.
I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that I be clearly informed about the alleged violation, and that the messaging ban be lifted if there is no strong and valid evidence against me.
