Volvo V40 Charging Dynamo Failure: Unresolved Case for Over Two Months

On October 17, 2024, I opened case number 03695873 with Volvo Customer Service regarding a critical issue with my 2019 Volvo V40. Despite nearly two months passing, my case remains unresolved. I’ve contacted Volvo Turkey Customer Service multiple times, but no follow-up has been provided.
The issue involves the charging dynamo breaking, which posed a significant safety risk while driving. It’s unacceptable for such a critical component, known to last 10–15 years under normal conditions, to fail in such a short period. Moreover, just two weeks prior to the incident, my vehicle was tested at Volvo's Otomol Çayyolu service in Ankara, where no issues were reported.
This failure reflects poorly on Volvo's quality standards. I demand an immediate resolution to this dangerous and unacceptable situation.
