My Brand-New Volvo XC90 Threw Two Warnings Within Just 3,000 Kilometers
I took delivery of my brand-new 2026 model Volvo XC90 B5 from Otokoç İstinye on March 30th. When the vehicle was still at only 2-3 thousand kilometers, it started giving a "coolant low" warning twice, as well as an "interior camera not detecting you" warning. I've been dealing with these issues for about a month, and especially while I was on vacation, these warnings caused me serious distress and shook my confidence in the vehicle's reliability.
I've been a Volvo customer for 19 years, and this is the first time I've encountered issues like this in such a brand-new vehicle. As of the date I'm writing this complaint, I'm about to take the car in for service again, but having received two warnings in such a short time has both worried me and shaken my trust in the brand.
I am requesting that Volvo conduct a detailed investigation into these issues I've experienced with my vehicle and develop a permanent solution, that whatever parts/repairs are needed be applied in full, and that the difficulty I've experienced over the past month be properly compensated.
