I bought a Polo Life 1.0 DSG passenger car from Elis Automotive in December 2023. I have driven all kinds of Volkswagen vehicles, but I have never seen a problem like the one I bought. The vehicle shakes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. When I went to the service and explained the problem, they connected the vehicle to the computer and said there was no problem :) Then, upon my insistence, they did the calibration again. However, the vehicle continues to make the same shaking every second time it is driven. In addition, while driving, there is a separate shaking as if we were riding on a horse carriage. I thought I would report this transmission problem to Doğus at once. Once again, I was directed to the service. Again they said there was no problem. It's fine until you buy the vehicle, unfortunately there is no solution after purchasing it. The transmission is making noise when shifting gears, they say that's because of the dry transmission. Downshifting also causes wobbling, they say there is no problem. I wonder if service owners would pay so much money to get into such a problematic and uncomfortable vehicle?
