Volkswagen Taigo Life Safety Faults Returned After Service Repair

I received my Volkswagen Taigo Life as a brand-new vehicle 6 days ago, and the car currently has only 470 km on it. Despite this, EPC, ESC, Front Assist, Lane Assist and the park assist system faults appeared, so I took the vehicle to the authorized service center Wosmer Bornova. They performed a part replacement and delivered the vehicle back to me. However, approximately only 5 km after leaving the service, the same faults occurred again. It is unacceptable that a brand-new vehicle with such low mileage and only a few days of use experiences the same faults again even after repair, especially when these faults directly affect the safety systems. I am seriously concerned about the safety of the vehicle and do not feel comfortable using it in this condition. The purchase price of the vehicle is ₺1,760,000. I request that an official case be opened for my vehicle within Volkswagen and that, within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the vehicle be evaluated as a defective product and my request for vehicle replacement or refund be examined. I was informed that the situation was forwarded and that it would be reviewed, but my vehicle has malfunctioned for the second time at only 470 km, which further increases my concerns. I kindly request a written response to my complaint and that the case number created for this issue be shared with me.
