Volkswagen Refuses to Replace My Defective Golf 8.5 After 3 Service Visits

My Golf 8.5, which I bought from the Aydın Volkswagen dealer 3 months ago, has been in service for the same issue for the third time. Each time, they say, 'we fixed it,' but the problem reoccurs as soon as I pick up the vehicle from the service. I haven’t been able to drive my car with peace of mind, even before reaching 1000 km. The vehicle constantly has electronic issues, a sound coming from one speaker, and the air conditioner screen freezes. I told them the car is defective and requested a replacement, but instead of addressing my complaint with an apology, they either ask for money or tell me, 'If you want to file a lawsuit, you can deal with it,' essentially brushing me off.
