Volkswagen Golf 8 Impression 'Menu Currently Unavailable' Error Ignored by Dealer

I've been visiting the Volkswagen dealership almost every two months for my 2023 Volkswagen Golf 8 Impression, purchased this year. Each time, I leave without any resolution to my issue.
Every time I start the car, a 'Menu Currently Unavailable, Please Wait' warning appears on the menu screen for about 15-20 seconds. This has been extremely frustrating for me.
Each time I've brought this up, I've been told that this delay is normal...
