– Status (Failed / Canceled / Error)
• Screenshot the order page
Verify the charge;
• Check your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction
Check email (including Spam);
• Search for:
– “Order confirmation”
– “Payment receipt”
– “Order failed”
• Screenshot any relevant emails
Try reloading order info;
• Refresh the order page
• Sometimes “Failed” updates after a moment
Contact the seller on Voghion;
• Use in-app messaging
• Explain:
– The order failed
– You were still charged
• Provide:
– Order number
– Payment proof
• Screenshot your messages
Open a refund request/dispute;
• Go to the order page → Request Refund / Open Dispute
• Choose reason:
– “Order failed / Not completed”
• Upload:
– Order screenshot
– Payment screenshot
– Messages with seller
• Request a full refund
Contact Voghion Support;
• Provide:
– Order number
– Charge proof
– Evidence screenshots
• Ask them to:
– Confirm payment wasn’t applied to a delivered order
– Refund the amount
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
