I ordered clothes from Voghion but the quality looks fake, what should I do now?

If the clothes from Voghion look fake or much lower quality than the listing, you should first document the problem. Take clear photos showing the differences (material, stitching, logo, or color) because proof is usually required when requesting a refund or dispute.

Then open a return or complaint through your Voghion account. Go to “Your Orders,” select the product, and use the “Return/24/7 Chat” option to explain that the item is “not as described” and upload your photos; the platform may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund.
