Vodafone's Unfair Business Practices with Billing
Vodafone appears to have done nothing but deceive people. I signed up for their services, but when I tried to cancel them, they charged me 12,800 TL, which I reluctantly accepted. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, they sent me another bill for 17,400 TL. They claim to have listened to the call recordings and concluded that the customer service representative was justified. But, if they listened to the tapes, why didn't they call me back and explain? This situation has left me frustrated and betrayed. If they refuse to provide a reasonable explanation, I will be forced to seek assistance from consumer rights organizations. It's disheartening when a company you trust engages in such practices, and consumers must fight for their rights in these situations.
