Vodafone's Failure to Cancel My 20GB Extra Package and Unjust Charges


I attempted to get in touch with the Customer Service department of Vodafone on two separate occasions in order to cancel the " 20 GB" additional package; however, not only were they unable to cancel it, but they also added 142 Turkish Lira to my bill as a cancellation fee. In addition to that, the package is still operational on my phone number. I have started any and all necessary legal proceedings through the assistance of an attorney. It is essential to not put any trust in any of the company named Vodafone's sales channels, customer representatives, or the usage of the promised products or packages. I strongly recommend that you do not do that.
