Vodafone Overcharging For Internet Access




Today, I got a bill for 358.80 TL at around 4:24 PM. When I called customer service, they told me that I went over my internet usage by 210 TL, which is almost 5GB. They're saying I got a message about going over my internet limit, but I didn't receive any notification like that. The customer service representative said that if they can't find any proof of me getting the message, they'll give me back the 210 TL after looking into it. They keep saying that they sent a message, but I haven't received any message from them. Can you please review the screenshots and my account details thoroughly? If this issue isn't resolved, I might have to take legal action because of the extremely high charges. 😡😡 Can you take a look at the screenshots I sent? Did I get any notifications about going over my limit? Based on what your customer representative said, if you didn't receive any message, they should refund the fee. They might even check Vodafone conversation records if needed.
