Vodafone Overcharging Unfairly

Vodafone has been a challenging experience for me. My usual 55 tl bill has mysteriously increased to a whopping 233 tl. When I asked about the sudden increase, they claimed I had purchased an astrology package. However, I have no recollection of ever signing up for such a service. I'm already in a tight financial situation, and this unjustified charge has only made matters worse. I'm willing to pay the bill, but I want a credit for the incorrect charges. It's a matter of principle because I'm being treated unfairly and charged for services I never requested or used. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue, including a refund, because this situation has left me frustrated and financially strained.
