Vodafone Red customer Ultra New Contract Problem

I am using Vodafone Red customer Ultra tariff. My commitment ends on November 30th. I was told that I could not continue with the same tariff because this tariff was no longer available. The bill I currently pay is ₺113. The tariff bills I was quoted are more than double what I am currently paying. If I buy a Vodafone line from scratch on behalf of a relative, I will use a much cheaper tariff. I have been using Vodafone for many years. A company should not make its own customers suffer this much. If this grievance of mine is not resolved, I will move the 4 lines used by my family to another operator.
