Vodafone Easy Deal Promotions and Extra GBs Not Real!!!
I'm Orhan T**** and I'm a Vodafone user. I keep getting their Easy deals all the time because Vodafone said they'd hook me up with some extra GBs for my line whenever I uploaded four times. But, like, even though they said that, they didn't actually add any promotions. I've talked to a bunch of customer service peeps, and they all gave me different answers. So, like, some people were saying the promotions would be added in 10 days, while others were like, "Nah, it'll be done in 24 hours." And then this one rep was all like, "Don't worry, it'll be added in just 1 hour." Crazy, right? But, like, the last customer service person I talked to straight up said that these gift internet promos don't even exist, which totally annoyed me. Also, I got a call from this lady at the solution center who told me that they ain't gonna honor those freebies. Vodafone is totally up to no good with their gift promotions. They're like, advertising them all falsely and tricking people on purpose. They totally messed up and didn't give me the extra GBs they promised. And to make it worse, they haven't done anything to fix it. I feel totally screwed over.
