Vodafone Give Away Coupons and Gifts Won't Appear

 my gift didn't show up. Every time I try to spin the wheel, it keeps giving me this annoying package load error. It's been going on for like three whole days now. I called customer service, actually, had to call them twice, but they straight up hung up on me both times. I didn't give up. I called them again, and this time they said they'd load it up for me. I bought this 600 TL easy package on Vodafone, later, they said I'd get a sweet 15 GB of data as a gift for a whole week! How awesome is that? But, my gift couldn't make it. It wasn't loaded, so I called again. Since you didn't meet the campaign terms, your gift won't come was the response. I called again and they said it will be loaded on Monday. The wheel is also on Monday. They're just stalling me. Honestly, Vodafone doesn't work for me. Please help. 0543***4761
