Vodafone Customers Grow Angry Over Payment Issues

The mobile phone that I purchased from the online store of Vodafone did not work when it arrived. Nearly eight months have passed since I handed back the phone. When I checked the status of the debt collection process for my Vodafone account on the government portal, it showed that Vodafone owes me approximately 2,400 tl in total. Despite the fact that five months have passed, I have not yet been issued a refund. Both the customer service at the online store and Vodafone, in general, are not meeting my expectations...
