On 25 - 27.07.2023, I moved my number from another operator to Vodafone. I bought the red opportunity 16 GB package for 142 TL with a 12-month commitment. The same package is offered for sale for 107 TL 2 days later. Frankly, I think I was misled by Vodafone. I called customer service and explained this situation. But he did not offer a satisfactory solution. He is trying to explain the event with the example of yogurt in the market going on sale. whereas I will be with you for a year, maybe I will be a Vodafone customer for years. If I am not offered a constructive solution rather than information, I will use my right of withdrawal without hesitation.
